Dear CSA Family,

           Thanks you for a wonderful season!  We will be done harvesting your vegetables next week, the week of Nov. 16-20. 

           We have decided against doing a winter CSA this year.  We have decided instead to start early this coming spring and give you a spring CSA option.  Let us know if you are interested in this. 

           We will be sending one last batch of chicken in January.  If you would like to stock your freezer with healthy, organically raised poultry, please reserve yours now. 

           You have expressed interest in a CSA cookbook.  We would like to put one together for next summer.  Please email your favorite vegetable recipes to rshaffer1@localnet.com so that we can get started on this.  There is a great turnip recipe on the recipe page.
